YOU are planting
the seeds that will spread
their roots and grow.
The word equinox is Latin meaning Equal Nights. The tilt of the Earth is relative to that of the Sun, so our Days and Nights are equal. I can remember once (in my Spanish class) we tested the folklore of an equinox. Can you stand a raw egg on its end~without it tipping over? Well, to my amazement it worked. It balanced perfectly and I was mesmerized! (Thank You Mrs. Kemmis.)
This talk of spring has got me thinking thoughts of the four seasons. Each season plays a big role in our life stages~our life cycles. I imagine a Garden. In the Winter, you look at what lies just beneath the snow, waiting...wondering. In the Spring you plant seeds & nourish them. In the Summer your Garden is basking in the sunshine-remember to water it & enjoy watching it grow. By the Fall, you harvest the crop & enjoying its flavor. And in Winter, your Garden looks barren, lifeless....ready to continue on as a cycle does.
So What is your Garden going to look like this Season?
Are you planting a good variety of seeds?
