Have you ever paid attention to what you are THINKING?
One of my goals this year was to be more aware of my Thoughts (and Actions).
Our thoughts are POWERFUL. They are an important part of our mood, our reality and our future. I started to be mindful of my thoughts a few years ago, after reading the book The Secret. By raising awareness of my thoughts, I was able to be conscientious in addressing negative thought patterns and making adjustments. Looking back now, I can see how negative my thinking really was-and my life reflected it. Thinking and Doing things in a positive fashion will bring positive energy, influences, circumstances & results. By giving up negative thoughts, you are going to discover more positive ones. One of my goals this year was to be more aware of my Thoughts (and Actions).
Start to Become aware of how often your thoughts
are negative, limiting, or harmful.
These thoughts maybe directed towards yourself or others.
I wish I could tell you that your new positive life happens overnight. It's like breaking an old habit & it's only accomplished through awareness & action. This exercise takes practice. You must be patient with yourself and practice it as often as you think of it.
But in the end, limiting or harmful thoughts are replaced by thoughts of love, abundance, and joy. Thoughts of anger will shift into thoughts of forgiveness....
